Give us 17, remove '27 protections and gives us the 2029. Shoot I would even let you top 2 protect it.
100%We don’t need all of that. If the intel is true at all, that’s exciting. #29 + #32 + Clarkson for #17 + matching sounds good to me.

I know the rumor is fake cuz you will not have to go hard to get Clarkson
They dont have access to the Internet or basketball reference?Yeah, but the Lakers don't know that.

Only reason anyone is going to want Clarkson is desperation or they want to dump a worse contract on the JazzMaybe they think like three other teams want him, or at least his contract.
Meh, Lakers do dumb stuff all the time, like trade for D-Lo and Westbrook. Clarkson is cheap comparitively.Only reason anyone is going to want Clarkson is desperation or they want to dump a worse contract on the Jazz
IF there is a team that puts together a Lauri package that makes Utah pull the trigger, it's going to be Houston IMO.I’m keeping an eye on the Rockets. They're hungry. Started with the VanVleet trade last summer.
They do have the ammo for it.IF there is a team that puts together a Lauri package that makes Utah pull the trigger, it's going to be Houston IMO.
The Bulls replace a relatively expensive player that doesn't play with another relatively expensive player that actually plays and puts up decent stats? I would think the Bulls would have to give up a pick to make something like that happen.Trade idea: John Collins to the Bulls for Lonzo Ball. I don't expect (or want) Ball to actually play for the Jazz, but it gets us off a year of JC and clears the way for Walker and Hendricks to grow.
So why does Chicago do it? It doesn't save them money and they drafted Buzelis, a guy who plays the 4.Trade idea: John Collins to the Bulls for Lonzo Ball. My read is the Bulls are still in win now mode and JC is a contributor that will help. Maybe Buzelis plays the 3, maybe JC gives him the time for Buzelis to come along slowly. So why does Chicago do it? It doesn't save them money and they drafted Buzelis, a guy who plays the 4.
