Being in the ROC for basketball is my daughter's very favorite thing. It is crazy that it is going to get even more insane next year. Also, the BYU crowd is insane
Ya BYU has a pretty incredible home record over the last few decades. That place is consistently crazy.Being in the ROC for basketball is my daughter's very favorite thing. It is crazy that it is going to get even more insane next year.

Jazz have to draft an elite ballhandler over 6 ft 6 inches if availableVJ definitely has room to improve with his ball handling, but I think his ball skill issues may be overstated or maybe they have improved drastically since the beginning of the year. He's looked pretty good in PnR and driving to the hoop....I think his main issue is that he doesn't have a ton of craft around the hoop so he can struggle against these "pack the paint" style college defenses. Not much of a mid range game, not a foul merchant, not a lot of fancy footwork on his gathers. As of right now, I'd say he's definitely way closer to being an NBA ball handler than someone like Egor. Egor is hanging on for dear life trying to be a D1 level primary ball handler.
Not quite a fair comparison. Egor is the primary ballhandler and getting blitzed a lot. VJ is mostly playing off ball and his handle isn't getting challenged similarly. But Egor does really need to tighten up his handle (and has showed marked improvement the last few games.)VJ definitely has room to improve with his ball handling, but I think his ball skill issues may be overstated or maybe they have improved drastically since the beginning of the year. I would say he's a notch above Donovan Mitchell in overall athletic ability, but while carrying much less mass.Sorry for another question asked out of ignorance (of reading about these players much more than directly watching):
Can someone give me a good, detailed rundown of where you think Edgecombe falls on the continuum of athletic, if a bit undersized, two-guards between Dwyane Wade and Lonnie Walker. I take it that Edgecombe has a better motor/defense than Walker, but what else do you see that would help place him on this continuum?
