Turkoglu tends to play uninspired when he's on a bad team. When the Magic were good a few years ago, he was often the key guy (next to Howard, of course) for them; even played some decent D, and can rebound. He is a post-up nightmare at SF (6'10"). He can get hot with the 3-ball, but can fall in love with it too often. I honestly think on a good team that wouldn't be an issue...
My only concern with dropping Harris is he's younger, more athletic, and likely a much better defender than Watson or Tinsley. Obviously Watson and Tinsley are better pure PG's with their distribution skills, but we'd be far more vulnerable defensively when playing the Roses and Westbrooks et al, of the NBA.
