Get rid of Harris

Turkoglu tends to play uninspired when he's on a bad team. When the Magic were good a few years ago, he was often the key guy (next to Howard, of course) for them; even played some decent D, and can rebound. He is a post-up nightmare at SF (6'10"). He can get hot with the 3-ball, but can fall in love with it too often. I honestly think on a good team that wouldn't be an issue...

My only concern with dropping Harris is he's younger, more athletic, and likely a much better defender than Watson or Tinsley. Obviously Watson and Tinsley are better pure PG's with their distribution skills, but we'd be far more vulnerable defensively when playing the Roses and Westbrooks et al, of the NBA.

Without Harris and Bell getting minutes this team would be so much better. These guys are the "anchors", only in the wrong manner.

What about Ofer for another CJ? CJ Watson that is. Harris would at least have Korver and Brewer by his side.

Harris would be an awful fit on the C's.

They don't run. It's why Rondo doesn't look as good as he really is.

But why would you bring it up? Do you honestly believe Bell is the reason (or one of the main reasons) the Jazz have been winning? Of course not.

Yeah, I think he does have something to do with us winning as of late. He is, despite board perception, a pretty good shooter. He is shooting 36% from deep on the year which far and away the best on the team (even after having a bad 1-5 night last night).

In the month of January he was shooting 51% from the field and 41% from deep. Again, far and away our best long range shooter. I do think Howard is the better player, but he just doesn't move the ball and keep the offense flowing as well as Bell does. Bell goes out there, feeds the big men and takes his shots within the offense when he is open.

Let's see; wonder if the Cavs would give us Kyrie Irving and Anderson Varejao (30) for Harris (28) and Derrick Favors. Just a thought... Varejao is actually averaging a double/double this year...

No. While Irving has a bright future, it is much more difficult to find a talented young big, and much more important if they plan to compete for a championship. However, if they can somehow get Irving and a passable bench big for Harris and Jefferson, I would **** my friggin pants.

Doubtful, they have Tristan Thompson. Also fairly sure they like Irving a lot.
