Someone make a game thread, and get rid of baseless hypothetical trade threads

I take back my trade to Minny for Rubio and Love. I've never seen more hyped players in my life. To be fair though, I hyped Rubio.
Rubio has this ultra-amazing first game against the Jazz and then today he looked completely lost.
Love is a nightmare on defense.
 
If Howard gets starter minutes because of one decent act in the middle of a murder spree, I am quitting until Turd is gone.

Maybe that's actually KOC doing the talking. Howard needs to be traded to a contender. No better way to build value than have him starting and putting up points.
 
9 point lead with 5 minutes left, and Jefferson and Millsap can't hold it. Folks, what we are seeing is exactly what we saw last year. We can't even make the playoffs if these two are our main guys. Yeah, a good point guard would help, but this team started losing big time a month before Deron was traded last year.
 
Why wasn't Hayward posting up Luke? With Minny playing with 3 PGs, why didn't we use our size advantage? It was weird watching Hayward standing out by the 3 point line being defended by a defender 7 inches shorter while Al and Paul kept chucking away forces.

I would agree that Ty is not a very good coach so far...
But I do remember Jerry Sloan's first years. He was ok, but he got much better.
Remember the 3 game sweep loss to the warriors in 89? Brutal.

And this team is just not that great. There are a lot of holes and a lot of very inconsistent players.
Plus, there is no leader.

Because Hayward has no post game. He had Luke posted once deep and he threw up an awkward fade-away that bricked completely. Just because you have a size advantage doesn't mean you can score in the post if you have 0 post game.

Uh, did you see the great defense played by our wings? open 3 point shots did us in. Can't blame just Al and Millsap.

In the mean time we lose our youth and our bright future dissappears. He needs to get his **** straight now or be shown the door. There is no explanation for 20 minutes combined for Favors and Kanter when Jefferson shoots that badly. Actually there is no excuse for those minutes, period. When Al is playing and shooting that badly it is a complete joke that the young guys did not get good minutes.

I was really optimistic about Ty, and understanding of his strike-shortened season, but he's really losing control right now. No ****ing way Kanter and Favors should play that little. And, no ****ing way a team with this much talent loses a lead to the Twolves like this.

Please explain what Jefferson did in his nearly 5X as many minutes. Shot, and shot, and shot and shot and shot. Watched the other team score. Got abused by the Wolves center. Played a terrible game from and efficiency point of view. 20 shots and 18 points. We would have been better if anybody played center if that is what he contributed. Don't forget he had a total of 2 FT attempts.

you expect him to pick the ball, dribble, set screen and then pass to himself and shoot? 1 man pick n pop let's say

As for what Jeffy did, I think he did more than Kanter would have done with the same minutes. Kanter plays in slow motion. He scores only on putbacks, and wide open dunks (sometimes).
But tonight, he got the ball under the basket wide open, and he took forever, brought the ball down, and then got stuffed. Another time, he got the ball on the block in good position, and had no clue what to do.

The fact you had to say you think is the problem. Jefferson did nothing to earn those minutes.
