Following potential 2012 draftees

Incidentally, I'm interested to see how Rivers does this game. The Rivers most fear will try to force too much, to live up to the hype he got last game, knowing everyone is watching. Will he play Rivers ball or team ball? This game will require maturity, more than the last.

Kind of sucks to watch a bunch of 6'4 and under guys guarding Harrison Barnes. If he doesn't dominate, it's his own fault.

He's not going to Duke .. but you're right, his problems would be swept under thr rug, if he did.
Everthing I have read and heard locally is that unlv will be one of the only places on his list as the school has not been linked to any of this. They are saying he more than likely signs here, but we may regret the headache that comes with a player of his caliber. I say bring his problems all day. Signing a number 1 does huge things to a program.

Something I just noticed that probably doesn't matter, Rivers has a really wide stance on his free throws. It's odd.

Well, UK isn't linked to anything either. It's been UK and UNLV, in the order, for many months, with no one else close. Sandy Bell (UK compliance officer) has looked into it and advised Calipari to end the recruitment (not because of anything really bad, just that UK doesn't need to spend the time fighting the NCAA, like we did with Kanter).

On a side note, Rivers just had a beautiful drive and dish that would have been an assist and points but he got called for a ******** charge call. It was a nice pass tho.

And yes, I'm turning this thread into my personal Duke game thoughts. Deal with it.
