Following potential 2012 draftees

Even though they are going to end up getting killed, I was really impressed with Lillard. I thought he did a great job of finding his teammates for open shots (minus a couple of really poor passes). And he can obviously attack the basket.

He made a mistake by trying to get his teammates too involved in the 2nd half (they actually hit shots in the first) and wasn't aggressive til it was too late.

Agree... I think he had 2 attempts in 12 minutes to start the half.

Agree with all of this.

That C for Montana needs a Daniel Boone cap and gun.... He would be picked last if you were selecting teams if it wasn't for him being a giant.

Damn it Weber.....my school goes down when I was hoping for a replay when I was in school... The Show and Eddie Gill knocking out a big program

Considering that a few players will likely go back to school, I don't think it would be a stretch to pick Lillard or Marshall at 13 or 14.

Really wish we could have seen Lillard against better competition though.

In watching the YouTube vids I was worried Lillard would be another Westbrook type player, but finally watching him play an actual game I'm convinced he's all pg that will score when he needs to. I've also come away very impressed with his pick and roll offense.

For anyone who knows a lot about Lillard, I think he had 10 rebounds, was that a fluke or does he normally rebound well at his position?

This was my first chance to see Lillard play. And he did some nice things but other times he seemed a little skittish. Then he'd drive to the hoop with the utmost confidence. I dunno. Judging from this one game - I'm not super confident with the idea of grabbing him in the lottery.

Color me less than enthused.

I've figured it all out guys!!!

Jazz get #1 pick
Trade NO for #3 & #14
Jazz get GS #8 pick

#3 Barnes
#8 Rivers
#13 Sullinger

More like Jazz get #1 pick, draft Anthony Davis. Have the best defensive frontcourt ever with Davis and Favors. Trade Kanter for #3 pick, draft Barnes.

Well, he averages 5 per game. Not 10, obviously, but a very solid number.

I saw what I expected to see. A guy that has a great upside, but not lottery in THIS draft. I'd still take Marshall a spot ahead.

Once a couple guys declare they're going back, the 10-14 range isn't going to be looking quite so good. If the dominos fall the wrong way we might be left with Zeller, T Jones, Leonard, and Lillard to pick from in that range. He doesn't look so bad now does he?

They're both just outside the lottery at this point. But depending on how many guys go back to school, at least one of them could realistically sneak in.

Anyone watch the Ware kid from Long Beach?

Maybe our future burner back up PG in the 2nd round this year?
