At the mall across from the Hotel now and ran into Sidney Lowe at a few stores, dude is seriously a gentleman. He and Gary Briggs are just average Joes/super nice. Saw Earl at the mall too and said hi, as we used to live in the same building. Didn't see me get on the plane and was surprised to see me down here. That dude is as solid as they come too but I've posted that ad nauseam in other threads.

If you see Earl again, tell him you know a few guys who have a lot of respect for him and are glad he made the decision to re-sign with Utah. Hopefully he can go a few more years after next and then stay around as an assistant. I wish there were more players like Watson in the league.

Well, based on interviews I've seen him give, I view Watson as an outstanding guy. I put him at the top of the list in the "rank the Jazz men" thread.

Rest easy, conspiracy and trade theorists. Minnesota played Monday night in Phoenix and their next game is Thursday at Utah. It's likely they're just staying in Arizona a couple of days extra instead of flying home and then back West again.

With all these rumors it'll be interesting to see who shows up to catch the bus to the arena tomorrow. Been an amazing time so far.

If players are missing from the bus, that would be significant. Of course, they may or may not be subsequently traded. And some may dress and even play unless/until Ty gets a phone call.
