T.Jones is a good rebounder. With Favors, Kanter, Jones and Hayward, we'd be a very strong rebounding team for sure.
2013: Shabazz was just measured at 6'5.75 (height) 222.5 (weight) 6'11.25 (wingspan).
Cool. Now the question is whether PJIII is really better than Quincy Miller...

It's anyone's guess, but the popular opinion at this point is that Jones is the better prospect. We'll see.
A lot of PJ3 talk on here recently, so I thought I'd post some sophomore highlights of him for those who want to get a better feel for him.

I'd be higher on him if he had developed into more of a SF, but I would still give him a long, hard look at #8, regardless.
On a side note, say we draft PJ3 and Marshall, and Jones is able to play a bit at the three...imagine a lineup of:
Marshall
Hayward
Jones III
Favors
Kanter
That would be one of the biggest lineups I've ever seen. It would be epic.
Wingspan for days. Ucla or ky? I think he will go to ucla and in two years their program will be hit hard with violations. The whole family is driving some amazing vehicles.
definitely exciting. What are the odds PJ3 can play SF at the next level? PKM?
I'll admit, I soured on PJ3 as a prospect last year. While I didn't watch very much Baylor Ball this year, I didn't hear about him having a significantly better year this year. What's the scoop?
PJ3 could do about anything he wants, he could be that good .. but he won't. He'll be an above-average stretch 4 .. because he won't put in the effort or has the 'it' (or heart) to become a SF. He will under-perform his talent.
PJ 3 looks like he "could" develop into a Kevin Durant like player. But I've heard he has work ethic issues and will probably never develop the handle or shot Durant developed.
PJ 3 will probably end up being Marvin Williams....
I'm beginning to like Marshall... What about T jones from KU? Dude reminds me of Lamar Odom.
Just look! He's even left handed. Look at the handles and shot he has. Lamar Odom baby....

Hayward, T Jones, Favors, and Kanter would be one tough team to score against. They should also dominate the boards. Jones actually has a shot so he should be able to keep the defenses honest. Unlike Lamar and PJ3, T Jones has a good motor
If you've watched equal amounts of PJIII and Miller this season, and you think Miller has as much potential as Jones then I'm of the opinion that you're crazy. I know my dude PKM thinks Miller has elite potential but I'm seeing a spot up shooter that doesn't even do that all that well. Athletically PJIII is MILES ahead of Miller (queue the "bu bu bu but buttttt, he's still injured"). PJ's ceiling is peak NBA, Miller's isn't...............................................................................IMO.
I think that's all fair. While I think Miller is more athletic than he's showing (due to injury) he's still not all that athletic...all you have to do is go back and watch his high school highlights to see that. I'd take PJ3 over Miller, as well, at this point. Like you said, he has a higher ceiling, and is probably less of risk (though still risky).
Not totally sure where I stand on the Jones vs Jones debate...I'll have to think about it a lot more. I think it's closer than most will admit.
