Nash has interest in Utah?

I think OKC has a very good chance to win it all but you vastly underestimate S.A. That will be a hard fought series as well. 6-7 games.

I dont think so. I think SA's run is well in the past. We looked so bad against them because we beat ourselves and were poorly coached.I think Clippers might even get them. They are the smartest tean but lack youth and atleticism. Its going to show against OKC if they play.

I still think they push OKC, they make OKC earn it. I have OKC to win the West 4-2 over S.A. but the series will hard fought.

Does Harden need to be a top 10 player in order for the Jazz to compete in 2 years?
If we get Harden? Then yes.

This isnt rocket science folks. Basketball is pretty straight forward. You need top talent to win. Its been the case for 99% of the time.

Even if we add Harden it will still be an uphill battle to go through Miami and OKC and the other top teams.

Yes the Jazz need top players to compete for a title. We arent going to be out systeming anybody.

Thats why me and others were hoping for another chance or two to pick in the lottery so we can stack talent.

YOU HAVE TO HAVE TOP TALENT TO WIN IN THIS LEAGUE. plain and simple. This is big boy business. We arent going to be winning titles trying to field the cutest little nicest team we can.

That just takes it out on the players and fans. They had nothing to do with the OKC move. Yea it sucks Seattle got shafted and I would like to see a team there again but that wont stop me from cheering for OKC to win it all now that Utah and Memphis are out.

True, but a championship for the Thunder is a win for Stern, just as a win for the Heat last year would have validated the superteam experiment. The Sonics were one of my favorite rivals for the Jazz and the Seattle fans really got ****ed when Stern strong-armed the city. It also means that if a city like Seattle can be bent over and ****ed, Salt Lake City is very vulnerable. Had OKC received the Bobcats, Hornets, or even the Grizzlies (who at the time were considering a move), it wouldn't have bothered me. Instead, it was an established team from a passionate fanbase. Now, excuse me while I go root for the Dodgers.

I am looking forward to watching OKC skull hump Duncan. Spurs have no one to stop Durant, Harden, or Westbrook, but the Thunder have position defenders to cover Santonio's aging strengths.

That is a complete lie. The Spurs are a very young, very talented team. Parker is 29. Duncan and Ginobili are role players on this team. They lead the NBA in 3 pt %. They are great defensively. They are deep. You could argue their bench is just as talented as their starting five. I think after this year, there will be one or two players that step up and instead San Antonio with Duncan and Parker, they will be San Antonio with Parker and Leonard/Green/etc.

Glad to see you have your baseball teams in order. I can see your point on a win for Stern but F Stern. Fisher on OKC is more of a reason for me not to want them to win than Stern is.

S.A. is the only other team with 2 players on the US practice team for Team USA. They also have Splitter who is young.

Maybe:

9 Sun, Jan 8, 2012 @ Oklahoma City Thunder L 96 108 6 3 L 1
25 Sat, Feb 4, 2012 Oklahoma City Thunder W 107 96 16 9 W 4
42 Fri, Mar 16, 2012 @ Oklahoma City Thunder W 114 105 29 13 W 3

KD, Westbrook, Harden, and Blocka played every game.

....have you lost your mind? The Clippers are going to get swept.

I doubt that. I think Griffin and Paul are enough to win at least 1 game. S.A in 6 but it is not as close as it sounds. When S.A. wins they win by 8-10ish when the Clips win they win by 2ish

I feel like that is how the OKC/Lakers series will go as well.

I wouldn't be surprised if SAS gives LAC the broom.
Sweeping a team is hard, so it's more likely that LAC takes a game. But I think SAS manhandles the **** outta this team.

On topic, hell YES to getting Nash, even if over paying and for 3 years.
off topic Hell NO to Harden (at anywhere near max cray****ingzee), over rated.
Spurs win West again, sorry haters (I hate them), they are that good. IF healthy, they school okiedokie
IF the Heat are healthy (bosh back) Spurs/Heat would be fun

Hell no to Nash.

Can you imagine him and Jefferson defending the pick and roll? I just threw up in my mouth thinking about it.

Why the hell do so many fans want to bring in old *** dudes. Do you see what is happening to Boston,LA, and Spurs? They are deteriorating. Their best days are behind them. What makes you think we can be any better with worse vets?

Can you imagine our vet line up next year?

Nash
Bell
Howard
Millsap
Jefferson

Yaaaayyyy!

True. All those teams are in the 2nd round of the playoffs, it's likely that two (Boston and S.A.) will be in the Conference Finals, and the Spurs are falling apart so much so that they've been the best team in the entire league, BY FAR, over the last three months and it's not even close.

Go troll elsewhere Richard Cranium.
