PKM, who do you think will have the better career between Kanter and MKG? Just curious.

Such different players, obviously. We all know their unique attributes, but I would go with MKG. I just think he brings too many things to a team. Not many true lead-by-example leaders out there that are also as naturally gifted. Close though, could spin it either way.

As an author, my work here is done. My posts are open for interpretation, and there is no wrong answer.

I think some are overvaluing Millsap on this topic. Don't get me wrong I love Millsap, but let's face it he's the worst thing you can be in the NBA, an undersized pf, not exactly a classic pf/sf type. I think trading both him and Al is smart. If I thought he would except the 6th man roll I wouldn't be saying this, but I have a feeling he only wants to start.

Thoughts....

I think you have to keep one, unless we are getting a rotation big man in a trade somehow. I doubt Kanter is going to be ready for starter minutes next year.

I'm open to trading either one and would deal whoever gets the most in return.

That is my only concern with Millsap. He could be getting easier shots, more rebounds and more recognition as the 6th man for the Jazz. He would be a perennial 6th man of the year candidate getting plenty of votes every year if not winning it himself.

I don't think the true "tweener" tag applies to Sap as much as people think it does. Height doesn't automatically equate to being undersized. Two things with Paul that go overlooked:

1) Very long and athletic. 7' + wingspan, deceptively quick off of his feet and good spring.

2) This will sound stupid...but he has no neck (i.e., wasted height in basketball). It's been touched on before with other prospects (e.g. Elton Brand - https://www.draftexpress.com/article/A-Historical-Look-at-the-NBA-Pre-Draft-Measurements-2912/). If he were more appropriately proportioned, he'd likely be 6'9" in shoes (in other words, legit PF size).

I think I posted some time ago that Milsap's standing reach > Blake Griffin's
But I also agree with Thee jazz fan that Milsap is being overvalued. I overvalue Milsap because out of Big Al or Milsap, I would much much much rather have Milsap.
