AS difficult as it is to get FA's to come to Utah without significantly overpaying, I like the fact Marvin potentially has a 2nd year. Boozer was pretty motivated his last 2 seasons; first because he thought there would be a market for him when he had the chance to opt out, then when no one was going to pay him more. he had another "contract year" and posted good numbers.
Marvin is in a similar situation. If he plays great, he'll likely get a decent offer and will opt out. If he puts up similar numbers to what he did this past season, then we'll have him as an expiring contract asset.
