Well.. this: 
You see, my SO bought me this for Christmas two or three years ago. We had been talking about it for a while, and I even went to the store a few times but I never bought one. The thought of forking over that much money for something I don't use daily was just outrageous.
Then, on Christmas Eve, she made me go down to her car to get my final present, which was this. She knows me all too well... well enough to know I'm too dang cheap to fork over $400 for a good mixer so she got me one without me knowing.
Feel free to question my sexuality at this point. I'm not ashamed to think of this as the best present I've ever received.
