Following potential 2013 draftees

So, I don't know if that is true, it is just funny to me that LBJ's agent is suddenly making waves soon after becomes James' agent.

No. I saw some things outta kids that surprised me .. I think this upcoming draft will be better than I originally thought.

I agree. That is, if they don't change the age requirement. Heard anything on that?

Watched some guys that could be relevant in our next draft picks. Here's who I watched and what I saw (I'll probably do this in pieces as I have to leave soon).

Disclaimer: This was only a scrimmage, so I didn't look at stats, at all .. only the touch, footwork, speed, and athleticism (etc).

Nerlens Noel
Alex Poythress
Archie Goodwin
Kyle Wiltjer
Willie Cauley-Stein
Ryan Harrow
Julius Mays

I'll start with Kyle Wiltjer.

I was BLOWN away by how much better of an athlete and ball-handler he is this year. He had a reverse dunk that was nasty. He split defenders with the fake behind the back pass, bring it back around thing, twice. He has a beautiful hook shot with either hand. Nailed 3's (per usual) and he's grown an inch. He's a 6'10 perimeter player with incredible footwork in the post. (43% from 3 last year)

Having said that, I still see him as a defensive liability. Too slow to guard perimeter players and too weak to guard post players. Will have to see how that develops. If he can find a way to guard he's a lottery pick. Otherwise, he'll be a specialist in the NBA and likely go early to mid 2nd round.

Next up, Ryan Harrow.

He has INSANE hops, deadly with the dribble, lightening fast first step, nice shot (that I didn't expect as much), and nice passing. He's going to need to gain strength for the NBA. Best comparison is Brandon Jennings.

Edit: Oh, and he has a swagger that will piss opposing players and fans off .. kind of cocky (the kind that you like if he's on your team and hate if he plays for someone else). Not overly, just a lot of ribbing, laughing, talking..

Good to hear that harrows shooting looks decent. That was one of my concerns about him. He needs to add a lot of strength and prove he can play defense. I hope Jennings is not the compaison because I don't like Jennings.
