Following potential 2013 draftees

Not real worried about it with him.. not a need. I do think there's a decent possibility of Goodwin being better than any of our SG's, though. And Poythress is a BEAST.

Burks is the ****, yo. I won't stand for this blasphemy.

Bobby Brown called from the 80's and wants his hair back.

A few quick thoughts.

I don't think NN will go #1.

Poythress is listed as 6-7 and it says that he has an offensive game similar to MKG. From what I have seen from him neither of those things are true. He seems to be a legit 6-8 pushing 6-9 and his shooting seems to be much better than MKG's.

Saric is very intriguing as player that can come off the bench and create match up issues.

I hate PKM. He has mentioned that Goodwin could very well be better than Hayward and Burks. I hope that is not true because I have a feeling that the GSW pick will end up being right around the time that Goodwin is still available. This is only a dilemma because you always pick PBA, always.

It brings a smile to my face that CJ Leslie is ranked so low here. I believe that he will be a lottery pick and if he isn't that is even better. I still think that he could be a great fit for the Jazz as an athletic long SF with PF abilities. I will now let PKM tell me that I am an idiot about this.

Thoughts?

Not bad. This draft could be quite good, actually. Guys like Kabongo and Anderson didn't even make the top 20 on this list. And we've got two picks...lots of potential for us.

EDIT: No mention of Anthony Bennett? I would think he'd be on everyone's top 20.

It's assuming Bennett as not a OAD. Otherwise, most scouts have him late lottery.

I think 'Bazz will go 1, then NN.. but neither have played a game so ..

Terrible comp of MKG and POythress .. only thing similar is work-ethic. Poythress has great touch from everywhere and is really just not a good comp with MKG (not calling him better, just calling it an awful comparison).

Saric - I don't do euros.

Goodwin's real. Burks with better shooting.

CJ may have wasted his entire college years with ****ty coaching, that is all.

So, how did I do? According to you I did well.

Very good, imo.

Btw, word from CHA camp is they're giddy over the DMiller get .. "a diamond in the rough" is what they're saying. He's hitting nearly 50% from 3 so far and, at 6'8" doing all the other dirty work (defense, steals, etc) that endeared him to UK fans.

I don't think he'll ever be great, but he can be an invaluable 7th man for 15 years.

CHA or NO? I thought the Hornets drafted him.

I have to admit that I have been hoping that he gets waived and that he will get picked up by the Jazz. I would rather have DMiller than Murphy. I know I will take some heat for that comment.

Yeah, sorry, had MKG on the brain..

I would trade Murphy for DMiller in a second, no thought. Bigger, stronger, better shooter, and holy **** a better defender.

Could it be? Actual footage of Tony Mitchell???

I tried to rep you.

I would like to see something other than shot blocking and dunking. That is impressive but I see Mitchell being a SF with the ability to play small ball PF. If he does play SF I want to see a respectable outside shot. Wes, can you help him out with this?

To be fair, he did average 44% from 3 last season on 1.8 attempts per game (.8 made per game).
