I like the teamwork here kids. :thumbsup:Because that's the way trollnan is. Nothing of worth to bring just snide comments in any subject that mentions them.

Not crying, Nancy. Just pointing out what a hard-on some Ute fans have for BYU. And it's also funny what a hard-on you and your butt-chum greg have on me. Seriously, just have the ceremony already fellas. It's so cute that you always seem to cry like a @#!*% any time Ute fans discuss your beloved BYU.

Denial aint just a river in Egypt, Leslie. There's nothing wrong with liking BYU. It's just kind of interesting how much Ute fans pay attention to BYU. That's all.I have a "hard on" for you? That seriously funny considering that I've directly addressed you once or twice since this board made it's return.
It's even more funny when you consider that you actually took the time to take a few words out of one of my posts and use it as you sig for the past two months.
Obviously, I'm not the one with obsession issues, but nice try.
Wait, now you're stalking my sig and even have a stopwatch on how long I've had it? Creepy. It's even more funny when you consider that you actually took the time to take a few words out of one of my posts and use it as you sig for the past two months.
Again, who cares?
Either way, BYU is going to stomp the living crap out of Utah this year.
When November 27th rolls around, maybe you'd like to back up your words with a little wager?

Utah leaves the MWC and business as usual. BYU hints at leaving and chaos ensues.

Of course that's going to be your myopic opinion. And you're welcome to it. But the fact is BYU has been considering independence for a long time. Clearly . . .So you're saying Utah leaving had nothing to do with BYU's chaos? Right...
More like Utah left and BYU went into panic mode.
If they've been planning to go independent for a long time, and they still got totally owned by the MWC when they tried to implement the plan, then that is even worse than them panicking when Utah left. Clearly.Of course that's going to be your myopic opinion. And you're welcome to it. But the fact is BYU has been considering independence for a long time. Clearly . . .
To be fair, I don't think anyone could foresee the MWC stepping up to the plate and covering all or part of the $10M combined that Fresno State and Nevada are going to owe the WAC, especially since both figured to play BYU in that preliminary schedule that was leaked. If they've been planning to go independent for a long time, and they still got totally owned by the MWC when they tried to implement the plan, then that is even worse than them panicking when Utah left. Clearly.
I would not be surprised either. But I do think BYU would have to agree to play on Sundays in order for any major conference, Big 12 included, to consider them. Even if they could work out the scheduling, the tv contracts for the conference would take a hit if they had to eliminate a certain day. Especially a day when most people are off work and watching tv.With BYU cozying up to Texas, I wouldn't be surprised to see an invite within the next two seasons.
I understand the need for Ute fans to always try to save face when Big Brother is involved and attempt fantastic spinjobs. But it's still a fact that Utah leaves the MWC and it's business as usual. BYU hints (just hints mind you) at leaving and chaos ensues. This is fact and the only thing you can counter with is myopic speculation. And that is pretty clear. If they've been planning to go independent for a long time, and they still got totally owned by the MWC when they tried to implement the plan, then that is even worse than them panicking when Utah left. It wasn't business as usual when Utah left. Boise State got invited to the MWC when word leaked that Utah was leaving. Then BYU panicked and tried to leave too, but we can see how that turned out.I understand the need for Ute fans to always try to save face when Big Brother is involved and attempt fantastic spinjobs.
