Agree. My experience is it's easier to teach someone like Goodwin to play under control, than it is to teach someone to play with an inner fire.

Weird, too, because Poy straight dominated the field last year .. I don't know, hopefully he beats the odds..
 
Ohio State 34 Michigan 22 at the half. Burke trying way too hard to impress his hometown crowd. Started to look like he did last year during the tournament and is really rushing it and forcing things. Hopefully he settles down 2nd half.
 
Burke with a big steal and finish that was taken away with under two minutes left. No one could make shots for Michigan. Frustrated!!!!!!!
 
If we can't move up to get Kabongo, a player I LOVE late in the first is Peyton Siva.

He's a mini Greivis Vasquez. An absolute baller.

I dont watch much college ball and have not seen siva play yet this year, but i saw him play a couple times last year and liked what i saw.

Yup. Not exactly a guy who's stats scream at you right away, but really shows up when you actually watch the games.

That's why I say he's like Vasquez. He's a gamer.
 
If Siva was playing in Blue and White, his name is all we'd hear out of PKM's mouth.

Instead, he's playing for the #1 team in the nation, and possibly carrying his team to a title.

And oh by the way, it doesn't hurt that Louisville is coached by Rick Pitino.

I trust his track record with putting guys into the NBA better than any other college coach.

It's funny to me that whenever someone tries to engage you in a debate over a player, you automatically resort to personal attacks when they don't agree with you.

I get it, you have the highest rep power on this site so I should bow down to you and whatever opinions you have on a player.

There is much bad-***. I think that's worth tanking for.

Offense runs through Bennett and Kanter in the post killin their guys, and Burks/Hayward with Favors in the pick-and-roll. Get a shooter and stretch-4 off the bench.
