Following potential 2013 draftees

Giannis is a bit longer and quicker than Saric, and also a more aggressive scorer....although both are young. A debate about Giannis vs. Saric might sound a bit like a debate over Paul George vs. Gordon Hayward. I think Saric will be a good player though. He does a lot for a guy who's 6'10". He just doesn't look like a big-time scorer and seems more like a facilitator, kick-out guy.

A bit? Really? Really? REALLY?

Again, my reasoning for thinking that Saric can work great on the Jazz is because of his ability to create for others. Imagine Hayward, Burks and Saric on the floor along with Favors and Kanter. That is a tall/long line up that will create issues for teams.

I'm not saying that Saric is going to be an all-star, I'm just saying that I like where he is at and how he can contribute right away.

On a side note, did't Hayward struggle with his shot the year that he declared for the NBA? If I remember correctly he was shooting worse in every category compared to the season before.

I'd rather have Hayward creating for others, or a quick PG create for others. Not a marginally talented 6'10 SF who can't shoot or defend. You only need so many "creators" on a team. You need people who can knock down shots, defend, rebound, etc.

Yeah, but he was still able to shoot FT's and was clearly a beast from deep given his freshman year. He had prior evidence to convince us of his shooting ability. Saric doesn't have that. Actually, he has evidence to convince us that this guy can't shoot a lick.

Remember earlier in the season when Burks couldn't shoot 60% from the free throw line? Your judging the kid off of 20+ games. I don't care if you like him or not. I am simply explaining my reasons for believing that he could be a contributor for a team that is in the playoffs.

No, because Burks had a college career where he shot 80%

I'm looking at his entire career and drawing these conclusions. He sucks at shooting.

I like Saric. DX rates him as the #1 international prospect this year over Adetokunbo. They are generally the best when it coems to internation prospects. Saric is 6'10 and is a great passer and his shooting will get better over time it is emerging.

I don't understand the love for Adetokunbo? If we are going to pick someone based on their age and measurements we should pick Rudy Gobert he has a 7'7 wingspan and he is a 7'0.
