Considering Larkin is short with short arms, he probably isn't the best finisher.

I'd think his strength, speed and explosiveness would make up for that somewhat. The other PG prospects are a notch below in those areas for sure.Considering Larkin is short with short arms, he probably isn't the best finisher.
We could also probably grab Larkin with BKN's pick, which we acquire by S&Ting Millsap and taking Hump.
With guys like Larkin and Bullock avail at the end of the first, I hope we explore these kinds of options.

Doubtful, but none of the point guards in this year's draft look as good as Lawson.larkin is at least on par with ty lawson

I'd put Larkin ahead of Barea and Isaiah Thomas as a point guard, and both those guys are solid NBA contributors.
do you guys think Kanter at PF and Adams at C is viable?
I would love Adams with Kanter and Favors.

Pay $10,000,000 for a number 26 pick? ****ing retarded.

Larkin looks fantastic on video. Under control, plays well at different speeds, changes speeds well, fantastic motor/competitiveness. I wouldn't be surprised if he's the best point guard in this year's class (not saying he will be, but other than his height/length, what are his weaknesses?). I'd be pleased as punch if the Jazz grab him at 21.
Hopefully the people at DX post a write-up at some point with the relevant synergysports stats. That'll help us have a better indication how well he does in different situations (including at the rim).
We have to fill the roster spots with someone though, and at least get close to the salary minimum. I don't hate it. Would rather get a higher pick though.

dude its not paying 10mil, its clearing 10 mil from the salary cap(to pay the kids who deserve it, at a later time) in return for a shot at a kid who could over perform his rookie contract and then be restricted if worthy of signing to a 5 year contract, that works for us and millsap who will be headed somewhere to fill a need
its milsaps time to go, favors is better, and ready. milsap deserves time, he cant get that here.. if we can return a great 20 year old on a 4 year rookie deal, from milsap whos played over his paygrade everyseason its win for the jazz, win for millsap, and win for the team that gets him
