The question comes down to tax evasion vs. tax avoidance. There is a big difference and it seems our assistanct coach was charged with the former, not the latter.
Like that's not common. Fans have a special way of seeing the worst in people and very few head coaches are immune.
Two sides to every story.. What I find lacking in the anti-Ty lackeys is an honest argument that's even remotely convincing.
Take off the blinders. Ty is not a coach. He's a dude that's been in the right place right time... and has proven he's incompetent at a high level.

This is what you do, you get on here, toss out some vague ****, throw out the racism card, then bag on everyone for not doing anything, while ignoring all the facts.

I've done more research into Tyrone Corbin's philosophy and methodology than anyone else on here. What's the point "discussing" with a mental midget who thinks some emotionally charged story that's been made up is "all the facts"?

No, just saying that there has been a lot of discontent with fans...no trades at the deadline, missing the playoffs, Hornacek leaving. Meanwhile, the Jazz FO has done nothing. This was a GREAT PR move, especially given the fact Malone has begged to be let back into the organization, even if that meant working for free.

AS opposed to the "saints" playing for any of the other teams? There are skeletons in the closet - or even out in the open - of many athletes. People are willing to overlook it because A) he was one of the best players of all-time and B) he never served jail time for any of his misdeeds. I've been a huge critic of the man Karl Malone was: Demetrius Bell, Cheryl and Daryl Ford, all fathered by Karl. Why a 20-yr old wasn't prosecuted for having sex with a 13-yr old is beyond me. The legal system is certainly uneven (case in point, the 18 yr. old girl being prosecuted for sex with a 15-yr old (17 and 14 when their relationship began)). Karl was lucky not to serve jail time. But should we hold his misdeeds against him for the rest of his life? I haven't done anything quite as serious, but I hope no one judges me for the rest of my life on what happened 20 or 30 years ago.
