Why didn't you put George Lazenby on the list?

I wouldn't say Lazenby is the best Bond, but On Her Majesty's Secret Service is definitely one of the top 5 (maybe top 3) Bond films.

Haha.. it's just that my Cousins thread got turned into a James Bond debate.. so to humor myself I started a James Bond poll and added Demarcus Cousins as an option. I didn't expect anyone else to find it funny, but I love pleasuring myself.. so...

I didn't feel like googling the spelling. TS.

I picked Moore though simply because he cracks me up. Stark contrast from the Connery and Craig types, Moonraker and Octopussy make me laugh my *** off.

With as many children as you have, I find the last part of your sentence somewhat, ummm, hard to believe.

You forgot Peter Sellers and David Niven. The original "Casino Royale" was quite comical with seemingly everyone taking turns at being "James Bond." Amazing how many stars and future stars were in that 1967 spoof. And amazing the Bond series took off after such an inane beginning.

As for the poll, Connery was so much better than anyone else, it's not even close. The real debate is who was second best.
Moore was always just a prop alongside the gadgets and girls. Not that there's anything wrong with that. Many of the Moore films are my favorites: great villains and amazingly beautiful women. And they came along during my adolescent years. But please...I never, ever want to see the love scene with Grace Jones again.

Not much to say about Dalton. He nearly destroyed the franchise. I was a big fan of Brosnan dating back to the Remington Steele days. Too bad Pierce couldn't have immediately followed Moore. Took me awhile to warm up to Daniel Craig. He's taken the character in a new direction, which is exactly what he needed to do. Bond films had become stale. Right now I'm torn between Brosnan or Craig as my runner-up to Connery.

Ha! That didn't even occur to me. I love the 1967 Casino Royale. Of course, Peter Sellers was a genius in almost everything he made.
