Dude averaged 26 minutes per game this past season and is a true pro. If you bring Miller in, you probably don't re-sign Foye, and play Miller in 2 guard sets with Burke for a handful of minutes per game. I can't imagine he'd expect to play more than 24 minutes per game, even on a mediocre team. His commitment to helping another young player learn the ropes is key though.
This part makes perfect sense. If Miller is looking for big minutes/a big role OR has title aspirations, he's not a good fit. If he's interested in getting 20 - 28 minutes per game as a mentor and extension of the coach on a young, growing team, I'm not sure there's a better player in his price range.I don't know that Corbin + some rookie is going to be as good of a sell to Miller as George Karl + Ty Lawson. If any of that makes any sense.

ThisIf Miller understands where he sits in relation to his age, where the Jazz are at, and his inevitable role, then I am absolutely down. I just get the feeling there's Raja Bell/Earl Watson potential here.
This
Miller hasn't started for a team in quite some time.
I think it's a good fit. I'd even be fine if he started so long as Burke was seeing at least 24-26 mpg. However, just because we think he'd take a backup/lesser role doesn't mean Corbin does. I could very well see some reasonable possibility of lots of 14 minutes and less games coming from Burke.
Neither did Foye, Boye..
who are the utes?
I vote yes on the Miller Proposition.
Jazz get: Miller
Nuggs get: 2nd rounder and cap space/relief.
