Zimmerman/Martin Jury

Sad to say but only Zimmerman knows what really happened.
This sounds stupid but even if he's totally innocent court should find him guilty of something and give him some prison time.
This might help avoid hysteria and maybe save his life.
His life will always be in danger if he walks free.

This.

Have you been watching the trial? I know he's a villain in your eyes but the media portrayal of him and the reality are turning out to be pretty different. Travon laid in waiting then jumped out and punched Zimmerman in the face and told him he was going to kill him.

case closed.

According to the same guy who lied about Martin grabbing his gun, who lied about not knowing the stand your ground law, and lied about acting in self defense? Yeah, a credible guy to say the least!

Indeed the question needs to be asked "have you been paying attention to the trial?"

You do realize that Martin's DNA wasn't found on Zimmermann yet Zimmerman's DNA was found all over Martin. Doesn't exactly sound like Martin was all over Zimmermann's *** so he resulted to his gun being used as a last resort.

Kkkkkkk yeah. Zimmermann. What a wonderful guy.

Again, had he not infringed upon Martin's rights then all of this would have been avoided. Lets get back to Constitutional principles here. The Bill of Rights might help us out here if we actually read them.

By Zimmermann infringing upon Martin's rights he lost the protection of standing his ground. Even his professor acknowledged that. And that's the case. That's it. Game over. Zimmermann deserves and should get man slaughter. He needs to pay for his crime

That's beyond silly. The court should seek fact and rule based on that.

And Zimmermann can't be trusted. He's lied at every opportunity. Has he said one truthful thing in this case? He and Jodi Arias would make a great couple. Neither tells the truth!

Lied about Trayvon grabbing the gun? So the lead investigator doesn't think he lied but you do. Got it. So there were no fingerprints on the gun. Not Zimmerman's and not Trayvon's, so that issue has not been proven at all. Unless of course you want to say that Zimmerman didn't grab the gun either.

You realize the only injuries Trayvon had besides the bullet wound were abrasions on his knuckles, consistent with him hitting Zimmerman? Those were his only injuries.

You heard his lady friend say that Trayvon said Zimmerman was a creepy ****ing cracker? You agree I suppose so it's cool, but that's straight up racism. Trayvon hated Zimmerman from the moment he saw him. Trayvon wanted to hurt Zimmerman.

You've judged Zimmerman based on the narrative you prefer. Good on ya.

Infringed on what rights? You're getting silly here. If you're walking around outside I can follow you around all I want. If you run I can run to keep up. If you dodge behind a wall I can go take a look at the other side of the wall. What rights did Zimmerman violate?

Gamers, it's simple:

Zimmermann infringed upon Martin's rights because he was an over zealous, racist, wannabe mall cop d bag. You cannot do that. He was instructed not to pursue yet continued anyway. "these a holes, always getting away." that wasnt Zimmermann's call. in this case he was acting as detective, judge, and executioner. Once Martin had enough and confronted him/Zimmerman finally confronted him, it escalated to Martin being shot. However, the self defense clause had already been lost when Zimmermann relentlessly pursued the poor kid and infringed upon his rights.

This paranoid big brother approach is not the America I want. Hence, I want a guilty verdict. I want trash to pay for their crimes. I would think that a fellow conservative such as yourself would understand this.

You left out the part where Trayvon ran, hid, waited then jumped out and punched Zimmerman in the face and told him he was going to kill him.

Enough said. This stands by itself

Really? The neighborhood watch is unconstitutional?

Learn something new every day.

Have fun, I'm going to go make beer.

No.

It's because your response was quite honestly the dumbest assessment of the situation as I've ever read. Damn that Martin! Why didnt he just understand that Zimmermann was following him on a nice friendly jog and merely wanted to meet a new friend? A running buddy?

Anyone who has been on a "friendly jog" knows the difference between this and being stalked.

Again, lets stop making this a racial or political issue and just stick to the facts. Thanks gamers and happy independence!

Martin and Zimmerman are two stupid people who both made stupid decision after stupid decision that night.
Martin died because of them.
Zimmerman should be held accountable for his and face some kind of prison time.

And what witness can verify any of this?

The statements taken from Zimmerman by the police which the lead investigator said he believed was true and did not contradict the material evidence. The offensive wounds on Trayvon's hands that the medical expert said were consistent with him punching Zimmerman. The injuries to Zimmerman. The testimony of Trayvon's friend who recalled hateful angry things trayvon said in regard to Zimmerman before Zimmerman got out of the truck. Add in a sprinkle of what came to light about trayvon just before the trial. He had acquired a gun illegally. He was growing marijuana. He was aggressive and violent.

Zimmerman was watching Trayvon. It wasn't "nice" because Zimmerman thought Trayvon was up to no good. Trayvon had been up to a lot of no good in the weeks and months prior to this incident and he was staying with his father as a result of all his behavioural problems. If someone is following you, even in a "mean" way you can't hide and then spring out and punch them. That isn't justified. Not even a little bit. If attacked in that way all of us, even slimy little weasel ZImmerman, have a right to defend ourselves by whatever means necessary.

You do realize this case is going horribly for the prosecution and the defense hasn't even started yet. Several of the prosecution's witnesses have helped Zimmerman way more than they've helped the prosecution.

I give this a 70% chance the judge throws out the charges once the prosecution rests its case unless the prosecution has something up their sleeve we don't know about yet.

Thriller, what rights of Martin's did Zimmerman violate and where are those rights specifically laid out? And please be serious. No hyperbole.

What a lot of fluff game. He was growing pot, and had acquired a gun? So what! What the hell does this have to do with this case?
He was aggressive and violent? oh my....
There were zero witnesses to verify what happened, and no one to stand up for Martin. I agree that obviously Martin didn't handle this very well.
It's pretty obvious that he punched, and fought Zimmerman. What will never know is what was truly said. Was he waiting in the bushes?
That could easily be made up. We just don't know. Your statement is just a bunch of hate directed at and admittedly stupid teen.
I get it, you think Zimmerman is 100% innocent, and did nothing wrong. Talking about stuff that has nothing to do with this case
is pointless, and you know it.

There is a witness and his integrity is intact.

That's why I said those facts were just additional info. It wasn't admitted into the trial and it shouldn't have been. But the kid had been having a lot of problems. His friends were concerned that he was going to get hurt because he kept talking about standing up to his perceived enemies. It puts it in context that the kid wasn't an angel. But to say his illegally acquiring a gun is not cause for concern? I disagree.

The fact that THE LEAD INVESTIGATOR found Zimmerman's statements after the incident to be consistent with one another and consistent with the facts and that he believed Zimmerman was telling the truth. That's what I'm focused on, so go ahead and dismiss the rest but don't try to sidestep that.

The fact is that Zimmerman kept following him after the police told him not to. There is a reason they recommend things, because
what happened can happen. To act like this is all on Martin is crazy in my mind. Obviously Zimmerman had intent to catch someone at all costs, because
he stated his frustration in the call, and went after him when he ran. Why is he doing the job of the police?
"They always get away". He wasn't going to let another one get away, and when Martin ran on the call, you hear Zimmerman open his car,
and go after him. He is told immediately to stop. The police as on their way. He continues. He wasn't going to let this kid get away.

Watch the tape of the "George Zimmerman Reenactment" where he talks to investigators the day after. Then play the call he made to police.
Please tell me if you think they add up.

You are inferring way too much with these statements. Read the court transcript of the 911 dispatcher. If Zimmerman is telling the truth(which could be a big if), then Martin was the one who eventually confronted him after Zimmerman lost sight of him and was heading back to his vehicle. The prosecution has done a very bad job so far IMO. This is a case that shouldn't have ever been brought to trial. That's not to say Zimmerman is innocent. It just doesn't look like they have enough evidence to convict unless the jury decides to take this into their own hands and disregards the evidence presented so far.
