Burks looked pretty comfortable to me. Evans on the other hand....

Did Alec sleep with Corbins wife or something? Not sure why Ty hates him so much..

I still have hope for Burks, actually. Expecting a break out in production for him-- particularly seeing as he'll be next to a competent passing PG for the first time.


Trey could fix so many of this team's flaws. Can't wait to see if he does

He was going to play last year but got selected to play on the USA select team so he didn't. Evans played last year as a 3rd year player though

Also I don't see this as a Burks isn't ready quote. I see it as Corbin saying that he didn't get enough floor time so far and any game experience he can get well only help him.

What position did Alec play when he came in? I'd say he needs all the reps he can get if the Jazz are planning to use him some to backup Burke at PG. Plus the fact the offense will be completely different using P&R and actual plays instead of Mo/Watson/Tinsley running the "dump it in to Al, then stand around" set.

I just don't get why he's playing in the summer league when he's basically penciled in as the starting 2 guard at this point. I don't think Rush is ready to play yet, and Marvin won't be, so who is going to start over Burks? Maybe that's why Corbin has him down there playing -- to get ready for a big increase in his role.

I think it's Corbin who isn't comfortable and he's been there longer than Burks.
