He shouldn't be the highest player on a team, for sure. I just don't think it's accurate that you can't win with Big Al. You just have to be smart enough not to pay him like he is your best player. I really thought this would happen, then the Michael Jordan stepped in.
Best case for him and for a team having him, you play him like 28 mpg and he is your 3rd best player. You pick spots in games were you feed him the ball in the post when he has mismatches, and when he doesn't, you just use him to space the floor.
With Utah he was being used too much and played along side a PF that wasn't able to cover his weaknesses.
