what the hell is that? I am a huge fan of WWII tanks and I have no idea what that is. it looks Korean war and maybe a Pershing but looks like crap.

Not a Pershing (no hull mounted MG). And the terrain looks more Vietnam (flat) than Korea (mountains). I'd say it was a North Vietnamese T-55 tank, with its turret facing rearwards. Looks like a PT-76 APC behind it as well.
