I dont know what dl can really do at this point.

If he trades marv and jeffy then burks and kanter take thier place and we get better... rush and gobert take burks and kanter spot on the bench which makes us worse but still not bad enough for a top 3 pick.

If he trades hayward it seems that we would be fine.

If he trades hayward marvin and jeffy all for garbage then the tank is too obvious.

Burks, kanter, favors, hayward, jefferson, marvin, and especially ice trey are all too damn good.

Even rush is starting to be as good as alot of you thought he would be.

Fact is that the tank is dead and there is nothing lindsey can do about it.

At this point the only thing that can save the tank is a couple of injuries to core 5 members.... hayward missing games isnt enough, we another core 5 to go down (and im not sure i want that) or burke getting hurt might do it. (Not sure i want that either)

But in trades you usually cant just trade 2 or 3 guys and not take other players back.

Maybe we can just cut 2 or 3 players lol
 
Yeah, but Curry and Clay are shooting at a ridiculous clip right now. Those two are carrying that team. If either of them go down. . . damn. Bad for them. Good for the Jazz. Their bench is awful. Jazz should aspire to match that.

We have no one of Curry and Thompson's level. The warriors continue to roll because they have the best 2 shooters in the game.

Get rid of Marvin and Jeffy and we would lose some games.

Or... If Burke were to miss games.... This team would return to royal suck without Trey Burke.
 
It's simply not trade time yet. The deadline is another month away and trades this early are rare.
Let's hope DL can trade for guys like injured Emeka Okafor. Maybe JR Smith and Rudy Gay with the freedom to brick whatever they want would be helpful as well ;) OK let's not go this far. I think the injured or unproductive expiring is enough.
Ben Gordon for Marvin or R Jeffy might be just what both teams want. Gordon is already practiced at watching games from the bench.

Yeah the Cats are team I have in mind too. I said it yesterday in an other thread they need some more scoring and they have an huge expiring contract. We would be the ideal trade partner. At this point a straight up deal would be fine with me and if DL could get us at least the Portland pick that would be even better but something has to be done.

Rich Cho btdubs can't really deal first rounder due to their draft debt to the Bulls.
And if I'm the Jazz I don't care about anything other than dealing away a couple wins for injured or bad impact players that expire that aren't anyway in my long term plan.
 
As a team, UK looking bad against Tennessee.

But Randle is 4/4 in the first quarter including a dunk, a post move 4 footer, an 18 footer and a 3.
