Mostly because Sacramento has always been a team of players that require the ball in their hands and aren't team players, and Randle would be a horrible fit with Sacramento. This isn't a knock on Randle, because I think he will be a fine team player, but I just don't think he would fit very well with Cousins who is very similar type player (good offense, not so good on defense). Its also a Sacramento type move to draft a player that doesn't fit very well.
