14th Tank Platoon

What are you talking about?

That the magic are getting his hopes up but he doesnt really believe we have a chance to catch them

If a team battling GS for a playoff spot (phoenix, Mem, Dal) is playing a team that is tanking, you root for the tanking team every time.

Order of Priorities

1. Is the team the Warriors? If yes then root for them to lose.
if no then

2. Is the team the Jazz? if yes, then hope for them to lose.
If no then

3. Is the team a tank team?

3a. Are they playing a non Tank team? If yes, then root for them to win.
if no then

3b. Root for them to win in this Order. 1. Lakers 2. Sacramento 3. Cleveland 4. Boston 5. Orlando 6. Philadelphia 7. New York 8. Detroit 9. Charlotte 10. New Orleans 11. Brooklyn 12 Milwaukee (this order is subject to change throughout the year, but 1-2 are less likely to change being in the west, 3-7 more likely to change).

4 If none of the above are satisfied, then root for 1 Memphis 2. Dal 3. Phoenix 4. Denver 5. Houston.

All other games will not have much effect on the Jazz draft picks. This may change if Tor, Atl or Chicago get closer to GS with GS still being in the playoffs. I wouldn't count on it really being a factor though.

Any questions?

I hope that clears up any confusion.

Need to put this in flowchart format.

holly ****....the 76ers are straight up mass garbage.

clippers put up 46 in 1 quarter on them...LOL!

3 minutes into 2nd quarter and Clippers up 56-19 on Sixers?! Wow!

Some of y'all need to take Tanking 101 classes.

Firing your coach = not a tank move
It is if you hire me to finish coaching them the rest of the season. I promise to do every damn thing I can to get DL to trade Marvin, Jefferson and/or Rush. Trey Burke needs to rest his back. JLIII can handle the job until he feels better (next season.) I'm going to give Gobert, Kanter, Burks, Garrett and Clark more minutes to see what they can do. Oh, and I'll be happy to turn my job over to any highly qualified NBA coach next year (and applaud them for doing so.)

I guarantee that I will lose every game from here on out without being blatantly obvious in doing so. Oh. . . and the Millers don't even have to pay me. For the rest of this season, I'll do this **** for nothing more than season tickets after this year. That's a strait up tank move if they want to fire Ty.

I would pay Millers $100 for this opportunity.

I did not realize that the Sixers were this bad... they are going to get two lottery picks in the draft too...

Plus they have Nerlens Noel. If he turns out to be any good, Sixers did well with their rebuilding strategy: Noel, MCW, Thaddeus Young, two picks and perhaps decent assets for Turner.

So rumors out of Oakland that GS is willing to deal anyone except Bogut and Curry before the deadline. Kind of hoping they do make a deal. That could be bad for team chemistry and cause some initial losses. Memphis now 2 1/2 back.

Great chance for Sacramento to pick up some wins: @NY and @Cleveland before the break, so either way, it helps our cause. Hopefully Jazz stumble against the Lakers. I doubt we're bad enough to lose against Philly, but if Burke is out, you never know.
