What's new

Following potential 2014 draftees

barefoot? yes, i can see him being tad under 6ft 8. kevin love was 6ft 7 3/4.

And this is concerning?

Probably is in the world of Fatbrey where being a quarter inch smaller than the opponent means you are overmatched

You can't go wrong with either.

Parker isn't going to be a bust. It just depends on how much (higher) a ceiling you think wiggins has. Honestly, it is the difference between Paul George and a young Paul Pierce.

One will immediately be a terror on defense and on the break. One will immediately be a player you can run your offense through.
One requires time and polishing to become a complete player. While the other requires more of a slower paced (playoff) system and perhaps a rim protector.

Wiggins stat line was incredible today. And his ceiling is through the roof. But let's not forget that Jabari can score from anywhere and still has yet to scratch the surface of his post game. A solid post game will control the tempo and stay with him even once his athleticism begins to fail.

I honestly think either is a win win. I might lean more towards wiggins doe

i have him at #5. i could easily bump him to top 4 again with strong showing in march. if randle measures at 6ft 9 245lb, i would pick him at #1 in a heartbeat. but i know he isn't that tall.

with 6ft 6 1/4 - 6ft 7 melo. melo was measured at 6ft 6 1/4.

size matters to randle's game especially when he isn't a leaper and doesn't appear to have freaky long arms. that's the difference between going #1 and being top 5-7. i know, i'm splitting hairs, but that's what GMs do - splitting hairs.

and he'll be sitting on the bench during crunch time unless he fixes a lot of things.

So true. How can he be a useful tool if you can trust him in the game when its coming down to the wire?

He speaks the truth. I agree with almost all of this.

I agree with you. Randle's size is his biggest detriment. To me, he's like a more developed Millsap at this point. So if he puts in at least the work Millsap did/does, he will def be good.

Hey PKM... Before season started you was talking het Harrison twins u and now neither are in the first round of any mock drafts. how about trying not to claim to be an expert and actually watch the games and players first. You just look online for your so called "inside info" . You are a clown and a fraud. Also cAlapri showing to be the crap coach I said he was and you tried calling me out now knowing bball....Go to the kitchen and cook your man dinner

Randle is considerably more athletic than Millsap, both in lateral speed and hops, lets not undersell him here.

i wouldn't say its his biggest detriment yet. but let's say he comes in small like millsap then man his stock will drop. millsap was 6ft 6 1/4. but he did have 7ft 1 1/2 wingspan.

i don't really love vonleh's game, but vonleh is bigger and probably will put up better overall combine numbers.

millsap was actually put up good numbers at the predraft. he came in rediculously heavy at 260lb, but moved exceptionally well. but that's when he still had a bounce in his step. his athleticism deteriorated as season went on. i love millsap, but him being only 6ft 6 1/4 hurt his game alot. if he was at least boozer tall, he would've been much better for us.
