I just started a 3 and 1/2 day water fast this morning. I have to cut down to 140 by Thursday at 2:00. I have 9 lbs. to go. I'm gonna go to the gym and run 2 miles and do weights in an hour, then tomorrow and Wednesday i'm going to do two a days and run 2 miles in the morning, 2 miles at night with weights right after, Thursday morning i'll conclude with a 3 mile run. Will report back with my results.
