4 day water fast

I just started a 3 and 1/2 day water fast this morning. I have to cut down to 140 by Thursday at 2:00. I have 9 lbs. to go. I'm gonna go to the gym and run 2 miles and do weights in an hour, then tomorrow and Wednesday i'm going to do two a days and run 2 miles in the morning, 2 miles at night with weights right after, Thursday morning i'll conclude with a 3 mile run. Will report back with my results.

Has anyone done something similar?
 
I wrestled for 19 years so I've done it all.
Hospitalized for body fat being so low I bled from my nose and ears.
I can drop weight like nobody I've ever seen.. but I am somewhat scarred, like emotionally, from all the years of cutting weight.. so I lack the fortitude to experience moderation. I swing baby.

is it for physical activity?
a water fast is not advised for a physical activity aka a sports.

other methods of weight cutting
cut water weight instead of going on water dieet

The part where I work out as much as i'm going to with no food in me maybe. But people water fast all the time and it's actually pretty good for your body
 
I've been forced into a water fast while out in the wilderness before. Wasn't fun. I'd go with at least a juice fast if I were you if you are going to be moving around a lot.
 
I had to cut weight a lot when I wrestled in HS. Not eating is a horrible idea, especially if you are doing anything other than sleeping. If all you want to do is be at a certain weight temporarily you can probably lose 9 pounds in a day just water weight.
 
Chris, I know that. And the weights aren't even heavy bro. Just doing light weights to make sure I don't any muscle mass. Which I probably wont. Just being certain.
