Following potential 2014 draftees

I'm saying it. I hope like hell PKM is wrong. Just awful news, but similar to you, I'm not surprised by it. I'd take Wiggins #1, but if Randle is the better NBA player, I wouldn't even be a little bit surprised.

I wouldn't touch Jabari in the top 7. I'm praying he goes 2 or 3 before the Jazz pick.

Very very bold on the randle stance and the jabari stance

The thought of you doing 10 minutes of internet research about Polynesians and their fat potential. Awesome.

what's really funny is your absolute confidence in the "fact" that they are essentially a "fat people". My first post on this topic, which you obviously didn't read, talked about how there is no historical record for their "fatness". The post you quoted was when I said something about how there isn't any good contemporary evidence for this either.

So, yeah, you're a ****ing hoot, guy.

Noah Vonleh, Cleanthony Early and Jodie Meeks would be very solid, id sign up for that.

Id add Shaun Livingston and one of Walter Tavares/Damien Inglis/Bogdan Bogdanovic to draft and stash at 35.

Trey/Livingston/Garrett/(Neto?)
Burks/Meeks/(Clark?)
Hayward/ Early / (M.Thomas?)
Vonleh/ Kanter / Evans
Favors/ Kanter / Gobert/ (Tavares?)

Is that a playoff team in the West? No. So don't don't then.

Again, Anthropology isn't science. Stop parading it as if it is science.

I'm just basing my opinion on what I saw when I watched them play basketball. I just don't care much what the so-called "experts" have to say. So in the sense that I'm going against the majority, I guess you could say it's bold, but based on what I saw this past season, it's just logical.

You could say Melo was fat in college too.

Parker weighs around from 235-240 and Melo weighs 236.

Melo has a puerto rican dad and I know puerto rican girls naturally get fat.

dude, your ignorance is showing

i was born and raised in kearns and currently reside there still..... i think kearns has more polynesians than any other place in the world besides the islands.

I can tell you from first hand experience that polys get fat as adults (and kids) at a higher rate than any of the other ethnicities/races that i come into contact with (basically whites and mexicans)

Are you serious? Smart is poly as well not sure why he isn't mentioned on here in the Jabari category..

Smart has a decent amount of fat potential too tbh

Come to kearns or west valley utah and attend some church and check out the polynesians with your eye balls.

Go to samoa, tonga, or hawaii and take a gander.

Google images for polynesian and look at some of the pictures.

Expand your ten minute research

Exactly, people are taking this way out of proportion.

I do think its a real concern that parker could get too chubby..... and that his weight is more of a concern than most other guys in this draft.

Like naos said.... he can work hard and eat right and should hire a nutritionist if he hasnt already, and he might be just fine.

But it is a concern..... and people on jazz fans are not the only ones talking about it.

I heard announcers during duke games bring up the fact that jabari was a little chubby and that it is a concern for him going forward in his career.
