Srs, the Spurs are playing the best basketball I have ever watched. Yes, that includes the 90s Jazz teams.

k i love how he chews his own tongue. love his man hands. i'm in love with him for real
So if Spurs win this, does that change the way all teams build a roster?
....are you gay? I thought for sure your were a woman! At least I hope so!
Kawhi MVP?
Spurs showing you don't need a super-star or #1 option to win it all?
I know they have Duncan, who is one of the greatest ever, but he isn't that player anymore. He is still very good, but they have no clear #1 option or even a clear go-to-guy and are dominating the team with the best go-to-guy.
So if Spurs win this, does that change the way all teams build a roster?
Also, the Heat's model of just signing old role players is kind of hurting them now. They are looking slow on defense.
this really reminds me of pistons vs lakers in 04.

Are the spurs that much better than last year?
Or are the heat just not nearly as good?
Lastly, the heat might have been fools gold. Just saying might...
The pacers literally couldn't beat any of the playoff teams from the WC. Dallas, GS, mem, would have all beaten them. Okc, SA, and LA would have swept them.
.....I think that's true with all these "hopper" type teams that rely on individual accolades rather than playing fundamentally sound basketball! Yes, it's true, that with a 24 second clock ticking, you need to have some AA on your team.....and the Spurs have that with Lenard and Green, but the teams built to win a 7 game series and a championship, need to pass the ball, pile up assists and use there brains! Espn and the NBA might want to keep selling this individual superstar stuff that supposedly makes the game "Fantastic" but it's "fool's gold" in my book as well as basketball purists all over the world!
