Silly of you not to notice that last year his role dramatically changed and that he still increased his APG and RPG. His career shooting %s are higher than last years.

Mostly do to Usage time and that he played more at SF rather than SG last year. I actually seen a breakdown on him and I will see if I can find those stats. Here is a few things that the stats indicated though.

Catch and shoot he was actually worse then off the dribble but not by much at all.
His stats was quite a bit better when he's playing SG rather than SF position

Bottom line, Hayward needs to play SF. I don't want him taking away playing time from Burks and Exum at the 2. That is too much talent to keep off the court.

Considering the new offense is centered around more PnR, I think Favors and Burks will thrive most on offense.
