Are these chicks too damn retarded to be able to say "no" if that's what they mean? I always figured "no" was one of a baby's first words and most of them use it often once they learn it.
I'm glad for you that you've never needed to unlearn it. I would hope you would exhibit a little empathy for those who have.
I regularly read stories about women who say "no" at parties, on bus stations, at conventions, etc., who are them subjected to a string of profanities and occasionally physical threats. After that happens a few times, people learn that saying "no" outright can be a very dangerous thing if you are a woman, so you try to passively discourage men without being forthright.
