I have with-held judgement on Hayward thus far in the season, largely because he looked so tentative and he wasn't getting enough burn to do much anyway. The past few games he has really come on strong and he might actually be what we thought Fes and CJ were for a few years now, namely a young players that just needs the minutes. You can see his confidence growing and, more importantly, his enjoyment of the game. CJ is moody - if he's doing well, he is jovial and expressive, if not he is dejected and down. Fes just seems out of touch too often, like the lights are on but now and then no one is home. Hayward has struck me as having a good head on his shoulders and is more interested in having fun and playing hard. That is a recipe for success. He seems to have a knack for being in the right place at the right time and he has decent chemistry with our guards. I anticipate him improving steadily as he gets the PT. Hopefully CJ coming back from the flu won't cut Haywards minutes too much. I am all for cutting AK's minutes for Hayward at this point. Let the kid who WANTS to play stay in the game. AK is just too disinterested anymore.

Successful Trade Scenario
Congratulations on a successful trade.

It would clear up minute issues, as Kapono would not be expected to get very many minutes. This would give us an above average perimeter player in Iguodala to complement the rest of the starters and take pressure of Deron. We would be a very formidable team. Depth Chart:
PG: Deron Williams, Earl Watson, Ronnie Price
SG: Andre Iguodala, Ronnie Price, Jason Kapono
SF: Gordon Hayward, C.J. Miles, Jeremy Evans
PF: Paul Millsap, Mehmet Okur, Jeremy Evans/Francisco Elson
