Just gotta say this, but I don't know how cleveland gets out of the east. Washington is so deep at every position.
Look at the offense just surge with Gobert on the bench! It's poetry in motion, eh Cy!
Gobert has a REALLY good handoff pass. Prolly most underrated handoff pass I have seen.
I'm getting pretty tired of watching Burke to be honest.
You mean Hayward and Burks making 1-on-1 moves to get fouled because our offense can't get anything going because of how bad our spacing and how poor our bigs are at passing?
Look at the FG% with Gobert on/off the court. Look at the offense rating. Hey, watch the games even! It's not that hard to tell, Gobert is a huge negative for our offense.
I love watching Gobert on defense. I love him when he gets rebounds on offense and dunks the ball when he manages to find himself open. The facts are he can't score on anyone and he struggles to handle passes in light traffic and greatly struggles in heavy traffic. He acts very fiery and tough, but he goes up weaker than Charmin with the ball because he doesn't have strong hands or a strong base.
Gobert could singlehandedly make the Jazz offense elite if they would let him make more handoff passes.
I'm getting tired of Burke, Burks, Ingles, and Booker ... unfortunately, that's half the team.
This except I'd also add Snyder to the list.
We need a pg and shooters this offseason. A perimeter based offense cannot function when your best creator is a SF and no one on the team can hit the 3 ball with consistency.
While most teams have 3-6 shooters, we have one (hayward). But he also has to play PG because burke sucks and Exum thinks he's Kyle Korver with a broken leg. Even Andre Miller has driven the ball into the paint more, and he's on Medicare.
