I got the first three games of summer leauge downloaded, so after this game get uploaded, I'll upload the complete Neto and Gobert highlights of summer leauge
I think he's a very good creator off the pick and roll, and I've seen him as a crafty player when it comes to getting to the rim. He's not gonna simply beat you off the dribble, but he has a lot of Nash-esque hestitation moves.
Don't worry about his shooting^ that will come in time, the biggest thing I've been impressive with is that he's a pure point guard who takes good shots.
^ Appreciated lol
For these summer leauge highlights would you guys rather me just upload all a players highlights throughout the whole summer leauge, or would it be better to do it based on individual games?
I don't know, with the young talent on this team I get the feeling Gobert will end up being more valuble to us as a trading piece than a rotation guy long term.
I mean thinking about it right now, if we had drafted Alec Burks in the same year we saw Wesley Matthews in summer leauge, (70% of you) would be claiming that Matthews had no chance of being being better, simply because of where he was drafted, and nothing having to do with his skillset.
You...
Based on what? Since when does where you were drafted determine how good a player you'll be in this leauge? Did everyone forget about how Wesley Matthews and Paul Millsap, worked their way up to being starters in this leauge? Have my fellow Jazz fans already forgotten, that talent can be found...
Casual fans rarely look past the surface when it comes to evaluating a team. It's amazing, throughout high school and even in my year book, all my friends used to say I should work for espn. Now that I think about it, I was just saying things that we talk about on basketball forums all day lol.
I think he has better shot selection, than Burke from what I've see, and contrary to popular belief that's extremely important when it comes to shooting the ball. Burke often times takes weird step back jumpers, when it would be much easier just going straight up, or swinging the ball around the...
Not being able to shoot doesn't mean you'll always be a back up, you don't need to be able to shoot to have a dominant impact on the game (just ask Rubio and Rondo). Especilly considering how many players have had to improve their shots in their transtion to the nba game. Simply not being able...
I haven't seen many instances where he plays out of control. The only instances I can remember is when he drives into the paint and the big man comes and helps, and suddenly he's scrambling to save the possesion. That's something we saw a lot with Nash in a Laker uniform. Also I saw it a lot in...
