Kevin very well could be 230, but he still looks way too skinny. Have you ever seen him try and post up on someone? No power.
I don't know what you're looking at, I see legs with some nice girth, stretched over a giant. 215 at the draft combine, 4 years ago. Putting on 15 pounds is totally believable.
How do you see "girth" in Kevin's legs? Have you ever seen him in real life from a descent seat?
I have eyes? I don't hold most people to bodybuilder standards. His legs aren't huge, but they certainly aren't skinny. Compare his legs to someone like Evans, and you can see where Durant has a built-in weight advantage of 20-25 lbs, especially considering KD's probably got a few inches in height and span anyway.
And as far as "power" and "posting up", there is more to the equation than weight. How long are his femurs and where does his pelvis sit (where is his center of gravity)? Does he have natural, inordinate strength? Besides that, posting up isn't is game and you can have a chicken or egg argument about that but it doesn't change that it's not.
I don't know why I'm even talking about this. Kevin Durant is 230 pounds. You can believe that or not.
Based on the fact that we've spent 2 pages debating Kevin Durant's "girth".....the draft needs to start yesterday.
Not that its a big deal but Lockes latest tweet.
"I have been watching Derrick Williams for the last 2 hours -- HE DOESN'T PLAY HARD !!!!!!!"
Maybe with shoes and clothes on. Maybe.
And the backpack.
Overexposure of Jimmermania has perhaps clouded the view.

10 ppg more is a significant differnce
So is the number of shots he took compared to the other two guys.
In addition to a poorer assist to turnover ratio.
