Playing fast will require a confident Exum driving the hole. That is a pretty big pre-requisite. . .
 
I'm going off the facts. Pace of play sped up considerably last few weeks. Jazz went from holding teams in the 80's to high 90's to 100's

Sorry boys, just got off work and it is disappointing to see that Linguist hasn't picked yet, smh. Regarding the last couple of pages in this thread..

- If I gave the impression that Spy texted me knowing he was on the clock I'm sorry, but he texted me asking if we started the current draft yet cause Thee messaged him about a trade. I sent him a couple of texts after that saying we started, you're on the clock, and do you want Westbrook or someone else. Clearly he didn't get any of those until he got reception because he would have texted back if he did.

- We started the draft early because a couple of guys including myself said they wanted to. We were already in the mood because of the all-time draft and the championship game was already decided at that point. Also, if you think this is rushing, I don't want to know what slowing it down is.

- Lastly, been some interesting picks (Leonard, Gobert, etc.), but I like it. Do not wait to pick your guy, take him if you think it is a good pick.

Seriously, Cunning wtf are you doing bro.

I traded 13 and 18 to Cunning Linguist for 11 and 20.

I then traded 11, 73, and 78 to Thee jazz fan for 19, 42, and 49.

Only two trades of the whole thing so far.
 
Considering just dropping Cunning Linguist from the whole draft itself. Dude is an alt who joined 12 days ago. He logs on and asks who's up, then logs off after we tell him he's up.

It would make a lot of things easier bros, 14 teams, 7 winners and 1 loser advance to the second round. Plus nobody behind him who has picked is going to want Tim Duncan instead of their picks anyways.

Someone talk me out of it.

What he did is really annoying. But it has happened plenty before. I've done a lot of these, and everytime you get someone who's on the clock, who doesn't pick, but is posting in other threads, browsing the site, etc...

Try running it better. I literally waded through pages of discussion unable to figure out who had been actually picked and whose turn it was and couldn't because neither a recent page nor page one had been updated. Hence my question. Then I logged off figuring I'd see the answer after work. I'm on a break and see your recent posts.

If I wanted to screw with the league, I wouldn't have traded with you. I wouldn't have made my first pick in so timely a fashion.

Look at the first page, it's updated. Lol I knew that would work. Threaten to boot him from the draft and he magically appears.

Pretty sure he updates the first page all the time. I check that to see who's been picked.
