2015 Annual JazzFanz Current Players Draft

Hood played SF 25% of the time this year.

He didn't play a lot of minutes last season, and his time got skewed while playing marathon minutes towards the end of the season while Hayward sat out. He can play some 3, but you're kidding yourself if you think he's a natural there, and if you'd start him there in a All-Player NBA draft.

Yea, he is going to be nasty next year. He can play defense. I have 2 plus positional defenders, a DPOY candidate, and two average defenders starting. Not worried about D. My team gets buckets.

whatever you say. Still think your team would own with Middleton at that 3 spot.

With all of this said, I enjoy Hood as player much more than Middleton, and I'd rather have Hood on the Jazz than Middleton.

Just saying that if you have a ball-dominating, crafty SG at your 2 spot you just wanna stack the rest of your squad with floor-spacing shooting and defense. You got the D with Hill, and the shooting to a lesser extent. Middleton is as prototypical 3/D as they come. Maybe Carroll too.

Hood is more Harden-lite than 3/D.

I disagree that it's a guarantee. Hood has played 3 more in his ball career than he has 2.

Was a SF at MSU and was a 3/4 at Duke.

lol these are the arguments I'm dealing with?

Dal out.

No, I want playmakers everywhere who can shoot. Can't just rely on the whole policymaking load on harden's shoulders.
