Thank goodness for the Wizards sweep win. This should be enough to get that idiot Casey fired.
 
Washington swept a team that swept them during the regular season. I don't think that's ever happened before.

...if the Hawks play like they normally do...I doubt very seriously the Bullets can take them out in 5 games....and will probably lose the series since the Hawks do pass the ball very well and do not rely on any one man! The Hawks main problem will be consistency.....sometimes they shoot well, sometimes they don't. Sometimes they play excellent defense...sometimes they don't!

I dunno.. in grind out games you do need inside presence to get easy shots down low... I dunno if Hawks have enough of that? Plus Nene and Gortat is a pretty imposing frontcourt going up against Millsap & Horford.


Hawks will have to be great defensively & have their shots going in to win it. I think it will be a close one with WAS having a good chance. If they can steal 1 game in the first 2, it's game on!!

...have to give credit where credit is due! Clippers played an excellent game with stunning AA (athletic ability) and plenty of basketball brains! The Spurs are hard to figure out! Sometimes they play like they are a shoo-in to repeat....and other times they look old as dirt! Looks like this series is headed for 7 games, huh?

....Love is NOT going to be playing anytime soon with that separated shoulder, at least not effectively, and that's going to hurt the Cav's big time! Plus, J.R. Smith is going to be suspended for at LEAST 1 game for that horrific swing at the Celtic clown! The video clearly shows it was flagrant and deliberate! I have my doubts now that, even with the refs help....the Cav's can make the NBA Finals....where the well rested Warriors will be waiting for whomever!

So, does anyone think that Olynyk intentionally tried to hurt Kevin Love? Or did it happen more because Olynyk is uncoordinated, as Woj suggested that some Celtics officials believe?

It seemed intentional to me. Like Lebron said, I've seen a lot of tie ups, but that one just looked a bit different.

It's really hard to judge intent, but that yank near the end of the play really didn't look it was just a case of Olynyk being off balance or still trying to get the ball.

I think he intentionally yanked on his arm, but I doubt that he knew what the result of the yank would be.
