2016-17 Hype Train Playoff Chase!!!

I'm fully expecting Boston to take care of the Clippers today. We should be a full game ahead of them for the 4th seed after the game.
 
I consider this to be one of our best wins this year. Hornets were hot and hitting everything, and the Jazz played really composed down the stretch. Didn't look pressured at all, and looked like they had no doubts they were going to win even when Charlotte went up for a few possessions.

Could be a nice turning point to start playing with some confidence as they jockey for HCA going into the playoffs.
 
I would really like it to be jazz vs memphis in a 3-6 matchup.
Or even better, jazz vs okc.

I am back to including all western teams as there is less room between #s 8 & 15 (6.5 games) than their is #s 7 & 8 (7 games)

But I am not highlighting the race for 8th anymore as the Jazz have a 9 game lead on the 8th seed.

Ya I still would rather play them.
Plus that would mean spurs in round two instead of warriors I think.

A Memphis/Utah series almost guarantees both teams get knocked out. They'd bruise and batter each other.

Memphis's core has won series against GSW, SAS, etc. I'd rather play OKC, LAC, and maybe even HOU.

I think OKC would be a lot easier than a healthy Clips team. Getting out of the first round will be a challenge regardless of who we face, but OKC would be the ideal opponent.
 
Since being named an All-Star Hayward is averaging in 4 games 24.5 point on 53% shooting. I think being named an all-star has given him a little more confidence and energy.
 
Called it!!! Jazz laid wood on the Hawks. They may not sit down for a week.

Bam! Strengthening that 4 seed. And don't look now but only down 3 on the Rockets.
 
honestly.....like somebody pointed out, I think we match up like *** against the grizz. They play some nasty *** playoff BBALL.
 
Any of the possible first round match ups will be tough/fun.

OKC would be pretty damn sweet going up against Kanter, and the MVP. They could very well beat us in a series if we arent on.

Clips, Grizz both tough.

I just hope WE are firing on all cylinders and dont choke up when the lights get bright.
