the issue with niang is that he is just way too slow in all aspects of basketball. even his release is too slow and easy to guard once his opponents start paying attention to him.Take Niang off the floor and replace him with a tough, physical defensive player who moves the ball on offense, and the defense might work. It isn't worth having Niang kill our defense for the few 3pt shots he takes, when Mitchell or Clarkson can take those shots. I think we probably have to replace both Ed and Georges in that lineup.
not hard to tell the difference between his stroke and that of Duncan Robinson, Bertans... shooters gotta be able to put up shots in a hurry. niang slows us down on both ends significantly with his mere presence on the floor.
