edit2:Urgh.... I think I'd take him at 16... WIth the absolute acknowledgement that he might be a complete bust and be out of the league by the end of his rookie deal. I just... don't think you get this type of talent that often outside the lottery. You owe it to your coaches to give them that ball of clay and see what they can mold out of it. And I think I will disagree with
@KqWIN here - I think you HAVE TO at least try to develop his on-ball game. Yes, it's not efficient and it's all over the place right now. But there is more talent there than pretty much any of the on-ball non-guards in this draft(maybe except for Miller).
edit3: I love his reactions to his teammates scoring. He seems invested in their success too...
