This is one you hope someone gets hyped up about and trades up with you. The flip side could be true as well… if there is a guy that you actual really like then you should be able to go get him I guess.

I need to watch Sarr in an actual game. I need to watch Wagner too… I also need someone to jump out at me from out of nowhere. It’s just a pile of meh.

Someone drafted like 17th is going to the best player in the draft and they will make 2 all star games

IDK... maybe someone does a Bilal or Giannis but this could be like the Bargnani draft. I think this draft is comparable to the Anthony Bennett or Bargnani draft in terms of meh. Doesn't mean there has to be a hidden gem. Hoping to find an Aldridge, Brandon Roy, like win if drafting high or Giannis/Rudy in the middle but I think if a guy breaks out they will move to top 5 real quick.

Like if Donovan Clingman is a top 7ish guy in the draft its a problem.
 
What if Holland played so bad last night intentionally so the Jazz wouldn't draft him?

Donovan Clingan is incredible though. Just doesn't really fit modern NBA, but he is very good

He may have a role in the nba but he's going to get eaten alive on the perimeter as a defender. He needs to be a low post monster or passing savant to be an all star or building block. He just seems like a guy that can be really dominant in college but might not even be able to stay on the court in the NBA... like Doke (not a direct comp... just an example). From 15-30 taking a flier on a guy like Clingan... top 5-7... yeah nah.

He can be just as good as Walker currently is on the perimeter imo.

I need to watch him in a live game this year to see how he's moving but I don't think he is as light on his feet as Walker. Super uninformed and Walker struggled with it in college too... It just struck me as I watched him that he's huge and moves like a huge guy... and those guys have struggled and the NBA is only getting faster. If he has the counter punch on offense then the rim defense is great.
