What's new

#32 Jazz at Thunder 6:00 Pm mTn

If anybody actually wants Favors, trade him now.

I am very certain that Luol Deng would play harder than this.

Kuzma is lighting up Houston. Would’ve been cool to have ended up with him and Mitchell. Would’ve transformed our franchise. We desperately need a big who can shoot. All 3 of our bigs are redundant

Jazzta: The JL III years
Saint: Eenie you stalked someone
Saint: you a hater
Jazzta: He what?
Saint: lmao
Saint: you dont know the Eenie story?
Jazzta: Nope
Saint: he harassed someone on jazzfanz then found out there work phone number and called them at work to harass them
Jazzta: Omg
LifeOnaPlate: Well, we're about to lose the seventh of our last eight games, and the one light in the darkness, Mitchell, is injured.
Saint: there's a whole thread on it and it's hilarious
Jazzta: This place scary...
Saint: I mean, this was kind of expected
Jazzta: Lol
Saint: everyone knew december would suck
Saint: the models all predicted it and the models still have us as a playoff team
yamers: did the models predict our entire team would be injured?
Jazzta: What sucks is the NBA giving us this schedule I agree
Saint: just stay positive LOAP
LifeOnaPlate: Yup. But the injuries, and the extent of the losses, exceeds expectations.
Saint: ehh, i'd rather have this sechedule
Saint: it's better to schedule hard teams early
Saint: and bad teams later
Saint: as bad teams usually give less of a **** progressively throughout the season
Jazzta: Hey be thankful there's an NBA team in Utah of all places, that's how I approach each game, and season
LifeOnaPlate: Appreciate your optimism.

Saint: I just hope we see some bradley action tonight
Jazzta: And Rubio loves it here, I heard it on an interview with the Spanish media. Best coach he's ever had he said
Witty: keep rubio in so he can get some digits in the TO column
Jazzta: he's just not playing loose yet for some reason
Ron: I'm sure Rubio is struggling with a new system and playing style. The game speeds up a lot when you are trying to figure it out. I just thought he
Ron: Would figure it out better by now.
Witty: would be a good poster if his hair didn't look so stupid
Witty: if anyone saw that jerami grant dunk

I think we need players who are good at shooting, dribbling, and passing.

I didn’t watch more than 5 minutes of this game but that is my diagnosis.

#analysis

Eenie-Meenie: He's young and big
Witty: did you see his media day interview? i think he has autism
Saint: wait, Kawhi is resting tonight?
Saint: **** the surs
Witty: it might be a make a wish thang going on
Saint: spurs*
Ellipse: Yoohoo! Jazz kept the spread under 30 points.

Did anyone playing tonight give a damn? Sefolosha is the only Jazzman with a decent stat line. (Sorry, Favors, but 2 rebounds don't cut it.)

Burks stat line was decent (though poor field goal percentage)
24 minutes, 14 points (2nd most on the team), 7 rebounds (2nd on the team), 4 assists (most on the team), 2 steals (tied for most on the team), and only 1 turnover.

Rubio, Jingles, JJ and Favors combined for 16 points tonight. . .

The fifth starter (Hood) had 17 by himself. Yep. . . that’s right. Rodney Hood outscored the rest of the starting lineup all by his lonesome.
