Alec Burks needs to start over Raja Bell

This is as good a thread as any.

I love what Corbin is doing with the rotations. We are winning games while he is still trying to find winning combinations.

As far as the OP, IMO Howard will start before Burks does. We are trying to win games.

Burks is going to get gassed playing a lot of minutes. As people have observed, he already looks tired after playing a few minutes. Bell is going to need to play at some point, even if he starts getting DNP-CDs. Might want to get those 10-16 minutes out of the way early rather than later.

i call horse poo mixed with cow poo.

what about all those other rookies every year. eg last year john wall and blake griffin. and all those rookies playing starter minutes, did they get gassed NO.
tired of this alme excuse

your just making excuses for the coach.

bogus burks played so many minutes because howard got injured and hayward had foul troube, raja is old so on 2nd night of b2b he gets fewer minutes
so as far as the sg+sf rotation goes, last night was just a lineup of circumstances. not corbins doing

This seems to be the first/only post in the thread that gets it in regard to Burks playing time last night. The biggest reason Burks played so much, is due to Howards injury. You put Howard and his 24-26 minutes in the lineup and Burks is back to warming the bench. And then Elder Haywards foul trouble helped a bit too. We will see what Corbin does from here on with Burks PT, but as for last night, you can't take anything from it or give Corbin any credit because Howard was gone.

Yes, Burks has played better than Bell but you pin him down against the Kobes, Wades, Granger and he'll get burned.
I'd rather he tear up the other team's bench which he sorta did today.

He's still not as good as I thought he'd be as bad a rookie as.

You should get that sentence looked at. I think it could be saved.

On a more directly thread-related note, I agree with you. I think it would be good for Burks to build his confidence tearing up the other team's second unit.

Somewhere Colton is waking up in a cold sweat.

I don't know what the big deal is.
I totally understood Yoda.

The point of that sentence was that it made as much sense as Raja starting. You gotta read in between the lines.

Um, it was only one line.

Can't wait for Prodigy to make that first Alec Burks Utah Jazz highlight video.

Free the corner pimp!
