What's new

All you Jefferson haters just can't handle his sauce

Well the big thing we hate on, I have done some, is his lack of passing. Well the last few games he has been passing and it is awesome!

I have defended Al as much as anybody around here and even I didn't think he and Sap could ever have chemistry like I saw tonight. Those 2 guys were awesome on both sides of the court.

Bigs of the future could be al and Paul.... If they keep playing like this... And they're both fairly young

I will admit I was a hater but coming around to the love side. We still need to trade Harris though

If they can find a pass first PG that can hit 3s and plays decent D I'd be in.

I agree whole-heartedly, and Im pretty sure we were both two of the biggest Al-supporters during the offseason especially. I definitely did not take into account the growing chemistry that Al and Sap could have as the season progressed.

Al is so goofy when he celebrates. Millsap wanted to play it cool and tough while Jefferson was giggling like a school girl and hugging him.

Al has almost never beat a really good team in their house in 7 years. Hard to act like you've been there when you haven't.

Im not sure we need to trade harris anymore. He isnt spectacular, but he can shoot. I dont know where this he cant shoot comes from. He could improve his passing, but maybe we dont need him getting double digit assists

Also, Harris, with time will improve, lets see where that goes. Harris took time to adjust, so will anyone else we could get.

no Al sux n alwayz will cuz timberwolfs never maed playoffs when he played 4 thm!!1111eleventyeight
Minny has Kevin Love (better than Al) and Rubio (better than both Earl and Harris) and they are 4-8. Plus and Cyrone, pointed out Adelman > TCorb.

How the hell did he improve so much in a matter of weeks. Even his defense is much improved, not perfect but considering he is an offensive specialist you can't argue with what he gave us tonight on defense.

The question is at some point we may need to trade one of the bigs. Is Al in the plans? He's still young and hasn't hit his prime. We can't possibly keep all of these bigs, can we?

Al wants to win bad enough to do whatever it takes. He has greatly improved his all-round game. He shares that desire for winning with Millsap.
Harris is still a good defender and has a good jump shot. I honestly think part of why Hayward starts is he's a better passer than Harris or Howard or CJ. Harris and Watson are playing close to equal minutes, so it works out OK as Watson is a not as good a defender and is a few steps slower. Watson's passing is all-world!

Al is great. Just a terrible help defender and (sometimes)a black hole.

False. Al's rotations were very good tonight. He also made several very nice dishes. He is really cutting down on forcing shots through double teams, although he will probably still do that inside 3 feet. That reported conditioning over the offseason is definitely showing too. This year's Al is moving much, much better.
